How to motivate yourself to lead a healthy life ?

Exercise routine.

Plan exactly what you are going to do how long and how many repetitions, and write this down, it will make you more likely to stick to what you have planned for yourself.

Rewards.

Set goals and rewards, for example, do the workout 5 days a week for 3 weeks or incorporate more vegetables into your diet ... When you achieve, be sure to reward your effort, not with a chocolate cake, but with a new outfit, a new pair of trainers, or something you really want ...

Motivation Board.

Put inspirational quotes, or pictures of healthy foods, or even short mini workouts on a cardboard or notice board! Keep it somewhere visible for a daily reminder.

Training companion.

Having someone to exercise with and eat healthy food is incredibly motivating. Ask your friends who wants to join your healthy lifestyle, Encouraging each other to achieve healthy living goals. We all need a little courage when that laziness hits.

Take Photos and Measurements

Take photos from all different angles so you can compare them and see how your hard work has changed your body, take your measurements of your arms, waist , thighs and write them down, throughout the weight loss period you may not lose any weight in the first few weeks, but if you check your body measurements they change with 2 weeks of training

Remember that victories are not in kilos

Decreasing your weight, is not the only indicator of progress, photos, body measurements, increasing your workout reps, or how far you can run. With training you will get more endurance, getting stronger is an incredible victory!

Find exercise and healthy food that you love.

Nobody said a healthy lifestyle had to be boring! If you don't like running, do kickboxing or yoga! If you don't like eating salad every day, there are plenty of healthy, tasty recipes you can make without sacrificing taste. There is not only one path to healthy living - find one that you feel good about doing all the time.

Feeling after a workout .

You know that feeling after a workout? When your endorphins jump out and make you feel completely satisfied? Yes, that's the one. Remember! Exercise releases endorphins that make you happy. The feeling of accomplishment, that this was another day that you got your workout right. Is there any better motivation than that? Remember it when you don't want to train.

Time for You

Think of your exercise as your own time only, it's a lot cheaper than therapy. Had a tough day? Get on the treadmill, spinning or park and unload on the workout, you'll feel better, I promise.

Fall in love with yourself.

Your ultimate goal should be to be the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. Forget aesthetics and focus on how you feel. Praise yourself and embrace your unique beauty. Fall in love with yourself and the way you resolve to treat your body, with lots of healthy food and exercise .

Hope this helps you ! x
