1- I regretted my purchase, what should I do to return the product?
1.1- According to the consumer protection code, article 49, after receiving the product, a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days is established in order to cancel the purchase. To this end, the following criteria must be followed and observed:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was sent, it cannot have been used or modified in any way and contain all the components that accompany it.
- We will request collection or authorise postage of the product, depending on the region.
- The cancellation will occur after analysis of the product by the Body Center. This analysis will be carried out within 02 (two) working days, counting from the receipt by our online shop. Identifying that it is not in the aforementioned conditions we will proceed with the reshipment of this, being necessary that the customer bears the expense of reshipment and forward us the proof.
1.2- The product being in conformity with what was established the value will be refunded according to the payment option of the order:
- Credit card: we will request the cancellation of the amount with your credit card company. The reversal of the paid installments may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. We emphasize that this procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator.
- Boleto Bancário, Bank Deposit and Electronic Transfer: the refund will be made into the current account of the holder of the purchase within 7 (seven) working days.
2- I wish to cancel my purchase, how should I proceed?
If the payment method chosen was Boleto, Deposit or Wire Transfer and the payment has not yet been made, the order will be automatically cancelled within 05 (five) days, without any charge to you. If the order has already been invoiced, the Body Center will refund the amounts paid using the same form of payment chosen in the purchase process:
- Credit card: we will request the cancellation of the amount with your credit card company. The reversal of the paid installments may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. We emphasize that this procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator.
- Boleto Bancário, Bank Deposit and Electronic Transfer: the refund will be made in the current account of the holder of the purchase within 7 (seven) working days. It is necessary that the CPF of the holder of the current account is the same that appears in the order (CPF of the customer). Warning: the Body Center is exempt from the obligation to cancel an order or repair any product that clearly shows signs of misuse, after technical report from the manufacturer.
