All product prices are clearly marked. The marked prices already include VAT at the legal rate in force. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Promotions
Promotions, when existing, are clearly identified in the detailed information of the products, the price before the discount and the final price after the discount is applied. All promotions carried out by our website are subject to availability of products in stock.
OVERFIT reserves the right to cancel or alter promotions without prior warning.

Deliveries
OVERFIT has its own local delivery service and guarantees the delivery of your order with the best quality.
Orders - In cases of urgency please contact us to check availability for delivery.
Delivery times - Deliveries are made between 9.30am and 7pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 9.30am to 5pm. If you require delivery outside these times please contact us to check availability
Delivery zones - Overfit makes fast deliveries Olivais and Lisbon (centre).
For other locations please contact us to check delivery availability.
*Other products - The delivery of products from categories and sub-categories depends on the stock of partners and the delivery time is 3-5 days after confirmation of payment.
Product availability online
All products are, as a rule, in stock for immediate delivery. If, for any unforeseen reason, the product is not delivered, the payment made will be immediately returned in full.
*Other products - The products from the categories and sub-categories Art and Decoration are available for order, except out of stock. As the products of partners these have a limited stock and therefore may become unavailable without notice. In this case we will contact you to inform making new delivery schedules or proceeding to refund.
Right of withdrawal
Overfit undertakes to comply with the terms of point 1 of article 6 of Decree Law 143/2001 of 26 April, which stipulates that in distance contracts the consumer has a minimum period of 14 days to rescind the contract without payment of compensation and without the need to state a reason.
Additionally, OVERFIT undertakes to comply with all legislation in force on distance selling and e-commerce, namely Law Decree 143/2001, Law Decree 07/2004, as well as other legal provisions in force that apply to this online shop.
Reimbursement
It will be carried out within 15 days of the claim, if any.
The refund will be made by bank transfer or voucher valid for 3 months.
Returns
According to Decree-Law 143/2001 of 26 April, products purchased via the Internet can be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the article is in the same condition in which it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice. If during this period you notice any anomaly or you are not satisfied you can return the product. It is essential that you return the product with everything that accompanies it, including the invoice and packaging intact.
Returns will be accepted after being communicated and agreed with Doce Flor. To do this you should contact us by phone, email, our website or other available options.
